Terms of Service

1. The Service

NextAI Foundry lets enterprise architects submit information about their organisation and application portfolio, and uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate a Migration Readiness Score (MRS) and an assessment report. The Service is currently offered free of charge; paid subscription tiers may be introduced in future releases with prior notice.

2. AI-generated content — important disclaimer

Scores, tier classifications, heatmaps, and narrative report content are generated by an AI model based on the answers you provide. They are advisory in nature and are not a guarantee of outcomes, a certification, or professional consulting advice. The underlying scoring methodology has not yet been independently validated against expert judgment. You are responsible for independently verifying any conclusions before relying on them for business, technical, or investment decisions. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI-generated output.

3. Your data and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit about your organisation and applications. Output quality depends directly on input quality.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit data you are not authorised to share (e.g. confidential third-party data without permission).
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data you submit. Generated reports are made available to you for your internal business use. The platform, its design, and underlying scoring logic remain the property of NextAI Foundry.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextAI Foundry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its AI-generated output.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via support@nextaifoundry.com.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves, including when paid subscription tiers are introduced. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
