NextAI Foundry("we", "us", "our") provides an Agentic AI readiness assessment platform for enterprise application portfolios. This policy explains what personal and organisational data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: name, work email, company name, country.
  • Assessment data: answers you provide about your organisation and the applications you evaluate (architecture, data, integration, team, and process information).
  • Usage data: login activity and basic product analytics needed to operate the service.

2. Why we collect it

We use this data solely to generate your Migration Readiness Score (MRS), produce your assessment report, operate your account, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

3. AI processing and third parties

Assessment answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate readiness scores and narrative report content. This means assessment data is processed outside India by our AI sub-processor. We also use the following service providers, each of which processes data only as needed to operate the platform:

  • Anthropic (Claude API) — AI scoring and report narrative generation
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

4. Data retention

We retain account and assessment data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@nextaifoundry.com.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for further processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@nextaifoundry.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including row-level access controls on stored data, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
